Terms of Service for Electronic Services
§1 General provisions
- This Terms of Service sets out the rules for using the web application (hereinafter: the “Application”) made available by the Service Provider by electronic means.
- These Terms of Service constitute terms for providing electronic services within the meaning of Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
- Acceptance of these Terms of Service is voluntary, but necessary to use the Application.
§2 Service Provider details
§3 Definitions
- Application – a SaaS platform accessible via a web browser enabling business, finance, and task management.
- User – a person using the Application (including a consumer or an entrepreneur/business user).
- Account – an individual User profile in the Application.
- Service – an electronic service consisting in providing access to the Application’s functionalities.
- Agreement – an agreement for the provision of electronic services concluded between the User and the Service Provider.
§4 Type and scope of services
- The Application enables, in particular:
- business and finance management,
- keeping records of data and documents,
- organizing tasks and information,
- other features available in the user panel.
- The Service is provided in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model.
- The Service Provider may develop and modify the Application’s functionalities, provided that this does not infringe the User’s acquired rights.
§5 Technical requirements
- internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active e-mail address.
§6 Account registration
- Using the Application requires creating an Account.
- The User is obliged to provide truthful data and to keep it updated if it changes.
- In particular, it is prohibited to:
- create fake accounts or impersonate other persons,
- share the Account with third parties,
- use the Application in a manner contrary to law or good morals.
§7 Conclusion of the agreement
- The Agreement is concluded upon creation of the Account and acceptance of these Terms of Service.
- The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period, as long as the User uses the Account.
§8 Fees and payments
- Use of the Application may be subject to fees according to the selected plan.
- Current prices, billing periods, and plan scope are available in the Application or on the offer page.
- Payments may be processed via a payment operator (e.g., Przelewy24) or other methods made available in the Application.
- Prices are stated in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT where applicable.
§9 Service period
- The Service is provided in billing periods consistent with the selected plan.
- The User may cancel the Service at any time via the Account settings (if available).
- Cancellation does not affect the ability to use the Service until the end of the paid billing period, unless the offer states otherwise.
§10 Withdrawal from the agreement (consumer)
- A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
- If the Consumer requests that the Service be provided before the withdrawal period expires, the Consumer acknowledges that after full performance of the Service they will lose the right to withdraw.
- If withdrawal occurs after the Service has begun, the Service Provider may require payment for services provided up to the moment of withdrawal – proportionally to the scope of the Service performed, where applicable.
§11 Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Application may be submitted to the e-mail address indicated in §2.
- A complaint should include at least: the User’s details, a description of the issue, and – if possible – materials facilitating analysis (e.g., screenshots).
- Complaints will be handled within 14 days of receipt.
§12 Liability
- The Service Provider exercises due care to ensure the Application operates properly.
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- technical interruptions, failures, or maintenance work,
- acts or omissions of third parties (e.g., internet providers, hosting providers, payment operators),
- effects of entering incorrect data by the User or using the Application contrary to these Terms of Service.
- Unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise, the Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the User for the last billing period.
§13 Termination of the agreement and account deletion
- The User may terminate the Agreement at any time by deleting the Account (if the feature is available) or by submitting a request to the Service Provider’s e-mail address.
- The Service Provider may suspend or delete the Account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service, after prior notice to cease the breach, where the nature of the breach allows it.
§14 Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available in the Application.
§15 Changes to the Terms of Service
- The Service Provider may amend these Terms of Service for valid reasons, in particular in the event of changes in law, changes to the Application’s functionalities, or changes in the manner of providing the Service.
- The User will be informed of changes in advance, and continued use of the Application after the changes take effect means acceptance of them, unless the law provides otherwise.
§16 Final provisions
- The governing law shall be Polish law.
- Disputes will be resolved by the competent common courts, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise (in particular for consumers).

Payments are processed by external payment providers (e.g. Przelewy24). Payment providers may process personal data according to their own privacy policies.
We do not store full payment card details.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on secure servers located within the European Economic Area.
- We apply technical and organizational security measures.
- Access to data is limited to authorized persons only.
7. Data Retention
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Payment Policy
1. Pricing
Access to certain features of the Application requires payment. Current pricing and available plans are displayed within the Application.
All prices are shown in PLN (Polish złoty) and include VAT where applicable.
2. Payment Model
The Application operates on a manual payment basis.
- Access is granted for a period of 1 month from the date of payment.
- Each payment covers one separate billing period.
- No automatic renewal or recurring charges are applied.
3. No Automatic Renewal
The subscription does not renew automatically.
To continue using paid features after the billing period ends, the user must make a new payment manually.
4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers (e.g., Przelewy24 or other available providers).
The Application does not store full payment card details.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once access to the Application has been granted.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, unless they requested immediate access to the service and acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment is not completed successfully, access to paid features will not be granted or may be suspended.
7. Price Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to change pricing. Updated pricing will apply only to future payments.

Use of the Application for Invoices and KSeF
The Application may provide features that support invoice creation, financial data management and integration with external systems (such as the Polish National e-Invoicing System – KSeF).
The Application is a technical tool that facilitates data organization and document generation. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advisory services.
The user is solely responsible for:
- the correctness, completeness and legality of all data entered into the Application,
- the accuracy of issued invoices and financial documents,
- compliance with applicable tax and accounting regulations,
- verification of documents before sending them to external systems (including KSeF).
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
- errors in invoices or financial documents generated using the Application,
- tax settlements or accounting obligations of the user,
- rejection of documents by external systems (including KSeF),
- legal or financial consequences resulting from incorrect use of the Application.
The user should consult a qualified accountant or tax advisor when in doubt about tax or accounting obligations.
Legal & Liability
1. Service Availability
The Service Provider aims to ensure high availability of the Application. However, uninterrupted and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- maintenance and updates,
- technical failures,
- force majeure events,
- actions of third-party service providers.
Such interruptions do not constitute a breach of the agreement.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities or reputational damage resulting from the use of the Application.
The total liability of the Service Provider shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the last billing period.
3. Account Security
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The Service Provider is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to properly secure their account.
4. Invoices and KSeF Disclaimer
The Application may support invoice generation and integration with external systems such as the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
The Application is a technical tool and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advisory services.
The user is solely responsible for the correctness of issued invoices, financial data and compliance with applicable regulations.
The Service Provider is not responsible for tax settlements, rejected documents, or financial consequences resulting from incorrect use of the Application.
